So the first day of the new job is under my belt...super awesome people to work with....much less stress then my previous job though I really miss some of the people I used to work with...alot!!! But I have an hour for lunch which I was able to grab in a 20 minute walk.....but now I'm exhausted.....totally exhausted...

Wow what a difference life makes when you are not working six days a week...had a great morning with the hubby and daughter...went to a rummage sale and then hit up good will...ran some errands and then had a healthy breakfast at Einstein bagels....Walked yesterday at work but spent the night just resting which was well deserved...today I'm looking to do around 2 or 3 sessions of yoga to be stretched out for my attempt to pre-walk our 5K...will add in yesterdays time and post today's time later

well I've been away for a few days....still doing everything I should be just had an emotional day wednesday...a car came into our lobby at work and literally left a gaping hole in the building...it was crazy...glad it wasn't going faster and thankful there were items in our lobby to slow it down because I could have really been seriously hurt...I was in the cars direct path
Tomorrow is weigh/measurement day....I'm proud of what I've been doing and do really feel good about myself so I must remember that numbers don't define who I am
