I guess I'll start the thread. The second part of this month has been a whirlwind for me as some of you may know, after 10 years I got my heart broken very unexpectedly. I stopped eating because of depression and dropped a lot of weight...not the way I wanted to. My goal this month is to maintain my weight. At some point I have to start eating again. I don't want to lose any more weight the way I have over the last week and a half so here we go. If I lose weight this month and it is the healthy way then I will be happy, but I don't want to to continue losing if its from depressive starvation.
