**November Weigh-Ins**

  • I guess I'll start the thread. The second part of this month has been a whirlwind for me as some of you may know, after 10 years I got my heart broken very unexpectedly. I stopped eating because of depression and dropped a lot of weight...not the way I wanted to. My goal this month is to maintain my weight. At some point I have to start eating again. I don't want to lose any more weight the way I have over the last week and a half so here we go. If I lose weight this month and it is the healthy way then I will be happy, but I don't want to to continue losing if its from depressive starvation.

  • Plateaued through August, September, and October. Will this be month 4? Probably. I need some new foods to eat, gotta shake it up big time.

    My name is Lori and I'm a 30-something mom looking to lose about 50 lbs. I know what my triggers are, so if I can keep away from sugar mostly, I should be okay controlling my calories. I just need the push of a support group. I googled and I think this might be it.

  • I'm back! I fell off the wagon in October and it's been hard trying to get back on track (Halloween candy was my downfall). The next couple of months are going to be hard with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, plus my birthday but I really want to get into the 180's before my vacation in March. We'll see how this goes.
