I would knock myself out with 5# weights!
I couldn't fall asleep last night! Got home around 3pm from trip and had tons of cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. to do. When I laid down around 10 I had alarm set for 4:15 to get up and run but after midnight, I changed the alarm to 5:30 and decided I better not run on 4 hours sleep!
I have strength training after school anyway.
Carol- yes, they do grow up so fast! It's scary how fast time flies.
