    been working out each day with weights but haven't had a minute to get on here and post it since Monday.

    this morning I did 2 miles. I used the Radio Remixes dvd and did the first 2 miles.

    Carol, what did you mean by "i'm weakening"?

  • Day off.
  • Still in Long Island. Having such fun here. DD and I ran together this morning, five miles. Fly home tomorrow.
  • GS graduation was yesterday. I cried. They grow up so fast.

  • Light walk and upper body blast with 1# weights. I don't know how you could ever use 5#, she move so fast.
  • I would knock myself out with 5# weights!


    I couldn't fall asleep last night! Got home around 3pm from trip and had tons of cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry, etc. to do. When I laid down around 10 I had alarm set for 4:15 to get up and run but after midnight, I changed the alarm to 5:30 and decided I better not run on 4 hours sleep!
    I have strength training after school anyway.

    Carol- yes, they do grow up so fast! It's scary how fast time flies.
  • Dh had hip surgery today. He's doing fine. A long day.
