  • I'll join to stay accountable. I have put on mega pounds since breaking my back. Eating has been out of control. -- I may not be able to shed any, but at least, if I did not gain more during the month of January.

    Thank for making this thread, I was beginning to think you wern't

    And congratulations to all of you who made your December goals and congratulations to all of you who lost any weight. And congratulations to all who are just starting a weight loss, you have joined a circle of winners. The first step is the hardest and you just took it.


    For this month I am going back to my 6 lb per moth goal.

    I missed the last goal but did not expect to make it. But now I see I could have

    But I backed off for health reasons. (Jump on that Mrs. Snark )

    once more I will not go over 2200 even on those insane days (And I know I am the ONLY one that has them )

    Starting weight 196.4.... .6 lb under my Xmas goal.

    New goal weight 190.4, and no going over 2200 calories. I will post my daily weights and calories but only once a week.

    Goal is 4 lbs. ~ a pound a week

  • Good morning - I'd like to join in this month. My goal is to lose 7 pounds in January and get to 205. I lost a total of 25 pounds in 2014 and am aiming for 165-170 by the end of 2015. Right now I am trying calorie counting and will see how that goes. I lost the 25 pounds following Weight Watchers.

    Ok, so I started staying on track on Monday, I seem to have flushed the majority of my water weight already so today's 259.5 seems to be at least close to true weight. I think I will aim for 8 pounds this month, if I hit it early somehow I will go for a stretch goal.
