And congratulations to all of you who made your December goals and congratulations to all of you who lost any weight. And congratulations to all who are just starting a weight loss, you have joined a circle of winners. The first step is the hardest and you just took it.
For this month I am going back to my 6 lb per moth goal.
I missed the last goal but did not expect to make it. But now I see I could have

once more I will not go over 2200 even on those insane days

Starting weight 196.4.... .6 lb under my Xmas goal.
New goal weight 190.4, and no going over 2200 calories. I will post my daily weights and calories but only once a week.
