  • Friday plan:
    B: refried beans with cheese, tomatoes and hot sauce
    L: burger over salad with blue cheese dressing
    D: cheese made into crackers, almonds, wine, kefir (yes. I know. The countertops are doing me in. I'm using them as an excuse as to why I can't prepare a complete supper).
  • I am not going to make yesterday "real", I don't want to lead anyone astray!!

    Friday:
    B- veggie omelet
    S- cheese stick
    L- salad w/ deli ham, 1 HB egg, cheese
    S- PB smoothie
    D- flax crust pizza, cole slaw, 1 glass red wine
    D- fudgsicle or something
  • Saturday plan:
    B: ricotta pancake, tomato juice
    L: greens with mozzarella cheese and sliced hot dog
    D: not sure yet
