Anyone who is interested in tracking their weight on a spreadsheet is welcome to join. We will start September 1st. Those of you who are tracking on the Summer spreadsheet can continue right along into Fall. If seeing your numbers laid out on a weekly basis will motivate or inspire you... then add your name!!
So what exactly is the "challenge"? The challenge is the competition you'll be having with yourself... the spreadsheet is like your own personal score board. We can cheer each other on while being supported in our fight or battle. It really is called the "battle of the bulge" for a reason. You can join in at any time. You can add your name now in anticipation, or even track with us on our summer sheet for that last few weeks if you wish!!!
