Does tea Help ??

  • I've heard that drinking some kind of tea is helpful in reducing weight. I'm curious. Help me out please.
  • Yes, green tea can help you to lose weight because it boosts our metabolism but you need to have an active and healthy lifestyle too. Drink plenty of water every day and eat healthy foods daily. Avoid eating junk foods and other salty foods. Make sure to exercise at least 4 times a week.
