  • Traveling yesterday so couldn't get in anything official. This morning I got up and did my sisters treadmill for three miles. Then we went on a 1.5 mile hike up a mountain.

  • Did an hour on the treadmill at my sisters and then we went on a hike up a mountain which was 2.5 miles! My DH flies in tomorrow night!
