Points?

  • how many points do you get? I get 27 points.
  • I assume you are talking current program? If so, the I get 26 Points Plus which is the minimum for women. Of course, that is daily points and doesn't include the weekly points.
  • I had 28, just went down to 27. Plus the 49 weeklies. With eating lots of fruits and veggies as snacks/sides at meals, it's really not too difficult to stay within the daily points. (Some days I need the weekly, but that's what they're there for!) The first week was probably the hardest, but now I've adapted to eating less food and I don't feel as hungry as I did before.
  • Yes, always remember the daily points are the minimum you are supposed to eat. The weekly points are perfectly fine to eat. It is in no way against the program to eat weekly points. Very few people are going to like eating exactly their daily points each day. Some days I do eat only my 26 but other days I eat more. I average about 30-31 points a day but it varies a lot. That is one thing I like about WW.
