  • Hi---Hanging in there after vacation. Kind of back on track. Hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far.
  • Sorry been MIA lately. I have been working 6-7 days a week, and my scale died. So..... I bought a new scale & guess what??? I think working so much has been good for me. I have lost 4.7 lbs in the last couple weeks. This is the lowest I have been in over 2 years! I am so excited about that!

    Had to have a couple of high-cal days to bring up my breastmilk supply, so that's why I'm up. Still feeling good about goal.
  • I'm starting to wonder if I'll make my challenge goal. I'd need to average 1.9 lbs per week. It's still very possible, but it's also possible that my body will decide to take a rest. Regardless, I'm happy to be headed in the right direction for the long term.

    It's starting to look less and less likely that I'll lose 20 for this challenge. I'm thinking if I can maintain the 1.3 per week I've been averaging in this challenge, I'll be at 15 lost. I'll definitely not be disappointed with that. Really, any loss is a good one.
