  • Hello all. Never done a daily weight checking thing before but I need to do this to keep myself accountable and to stop fearing the number and the scale.

    I usually weigh in weekly on another thread, but it will be interesting to see the daily ups(hopefully not so much) and downs(hopefully more).
    Plus it will be a daily reminder to stay on track.
    Got a little too much sun yesterday working up a sweat in the garden, and am up a bit from Saturday, but I am sure it is just water retention.

  • Well... Here goes nothing... My first month of daily weigh ins! I lost 78 lbs in 2012 and I'm sad to say I've gained it all back plus some I'm the heaviest I've ever been in my life, I feel disgusting, and I'm so ready to lose it... Again!

  • I'm going to bail out on the daily weighing.
    I just a new scale and there is a -2lb. difference. I'm 2 lbs. less on the new scale. I've been back and forth on the two scales this morning and obsessing over the numbers. I'm going to pick the lower number (of course!). But for now I'd better go back to once a week weigh in so I don't get too caught up in the whole scale thing
