  • Over the last few months, I've lost and gained and gained and gained. It's really depressing and I want to get motivated again. I've a wedding in October, I want at least 20lbs off by then (anything more would be a bonus!!) Today, I woke up and saw something about a new ab challenge that is going on. I was reading about it and it looks okay and doable so I'm going to give it a try and see how it goes. As well as the ab challenge, I've have my usual 60 miles walking goal. Today marks two years since I started this. In that time I lost, and gained and then lost again and then gained and gained and gained and here I am. It is time to tackle this problem once and for all.
