    06/06: 270 -- woo hooo lost 5 pounds this week!!
    06/14: 266.2 -- 3.8 lbs lost this week. I have 6.2 more pounds to lose to reach my goal for this month!
    06/21: 266.2 -- still at this weight so i didn't lose anything, but i'm just happy i didn't gain!! lets see what happens next week. staying optimistic

    My goal is to drop 7. We will see what June 1st weigh in brings me. Probably up from today as how was that even possible?

    Since I lost 1.5 in May, this seems like a reasonable goal for June.
