I love smoothies
I have a base recipe I use and love that can easily be altered to any liking
1 cup greens (spinach, kale, arugula, lettuce, etc.)
1.5 - 2 cups fruit ( I like mango, strawberry, blueberry, pineapple)
3/4 - 1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt or kefir
*optional*
1 banana
ground flax seed
chia seeds
ground oats
Sometimes you just have to play with the measurements a little to get the consistency you prefer! Also I usually split this into 2 servings and drink one in the morning and the rest for a snack later
