    This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

    Grab an oar and join us doing our best to stay dry in the boat and not fall out.
  • Still having trouble with junk and portion size so my goals are:

    1. Just say NO to junk food.
    2. Weigh and measure as needed.
    3. Track my food daily!

    I am going with getting my water in AND no food after 6 pm.
  • My goals for this leg are just tracking every day and not exceeding WW points--including weeklies. I need me some baby steps to get back on track.

    Did okay yesterday.

    Only slightly damp yesterday. Rowing really hard today.

    Water in but had a salad after 6 for a snack. So a 1/2 & 1/2 day.
  • Yesterday I met 1/3 of my goals. I said "No" several time! So I'm just damp.

    BTW I must have been half awake when I started the thread ......1o instead of 10. What was I thinking????
