    Ok, so I am my DAY ONE of phase ONE ! I actually am aiming to lose 50 pounds but everyone seemed so nice in here I thought I would dive in! So hiya all!

    Inatizzy - Hope you are feeling better now!

    Aida - Such consistent losses - Good job!

    Carol Sue - Don't be sad Good for you for not giving up!! It can be tough, but hang in there - you can do this.

    Corinna - Yay on the loss this week Enjoy your time with relatives!! My family is small, but I really treasure the times when we can get together - it seems the world is just too big and busy sometimes.

    Lizzie - I sometimes think my scale is broken too, but then I have to take off my rose coloured glasses! I love pho too - one of my favourite foods. I just have to save it for special treat times. Try lots of water to flush out the sodium.

  • Having a pretty good week so far. Today is the first of my 3 days off, and the weekend looks like it will be a busy one!

    Fingers crossed for the weigh-in tomorrow for all!
  • No change for me This time of the year is very hard for me to lose weight, so I guess staying the same is better than nothing....hope to do better next week...

    Renee - Hang in there - you can do this. If you can stay the same through a tough time, that is good. No loss is better than a gain.
