  • 3mi party. Right wrist hurts and right hip but only when you bend them. Have to watch the claps and kick backs. At one point thought I would not make it but did.

  • Oh, I thought you maybe strained it with the weights or something.
    It's strange with all your exercise you would get it but I guess it just happens to all of us! I get it in a weird joint and then it will just disappear. Mine is called palindromic arthritis (I think that is what it is called - started when I was around 22).

    Oh no on your wrist but glad the brace is helping!
    Advil usually works for me, if you are allowed to take it.
  • Do you still do the bounces like jogging? I try not to take Advil. It affects me funny, But I did take some this morning.
  • I do not jump. When she jumps I do a light jog.
    I alternate between jogging where I kick back my legs and lift my knees.

    My dog knows when the stretching starts on all the DVDs. He runs over and lays on his back so I can pet his belly while I stretch my legs. As soon as I stand up to turn to the other side, he jumps up and runs to that side. This is my little mixed dog, schitzu and something.
