It's Friday girls! Glad the weekend is here! I weighed in last night and was high, as to be expected since I fell off the wagon on Wednesday night and I weighed in at the end of the day after flying home. On the positive side, when I got home last night at 10pm, I actually had the motivation and energy to go workout so I ran around my neighborhood for 1.8 miles in 30 mins. Slow time, but hey - we all start at the bottom right??
Weighed in this morning about 2.5 pounds lighter so I guess that run helped
