  • Good morning and Happy July 4th!

    I have been keeping an eye on all of you through email updates. I'm happy to see so many continued.

    Congrats Pixie and Easy! Sue, you are so close. You've really shown us what it's like to have ups and downs, and continue to get up again every single time. This is definitely a long journey for most of us. Sarah, you have such fortitude to setting goals and being committed to finding what works for your body. I've learned a lot from all of you. Bravo all around!

    While I haven't been posting, I have been continuing to plod away towards goal. Some months I just bounced around but have continued slowly down. I will continue on and stay committed to the next 5 pounds. Here's my results.
