    Sarah - you and I are in the SAME boat ...I also have had REALLY bad weekends the last two weekends...also tons of bread and butter and ice cream, doughnuts, etc ...I like you went back on yesterday and am gonna try REALLY hard not to do it again this weekend...these nice Summer weekends are making me weak ...although I feel so full and stuffed and tired after.

    One OP day down yesterday ...lots more to go, haha

  • I'm too ashamed to come in here but I guess I will come in and own up, yesterday I went home from work early because I wasn't feeling well ( cramps and headache from my TOM ), I ended up needing to go to the store and bought a package of Chip a Hoy cookies ...I ate the entire package but six cookies ...I totally binged I guess ...I also had Cheetos ...

    I don't know what my problem is, I've been trying to so hard to get into the 100's and I'm so close and I just keep sabataging myself

    So that's my truth, and my shame ...today I start over ...which I hate because it takes me 3-4 days now to even start burning fat again.
