  • I'm changing my weight loss goals for this month to 10 lbs instead of 4.75 lbs. I seem to be losing steadily so hopefully I can make that number.

    Well, I'm finally back to my low weight (where I was five days ago) so I'm just going to pretend it's the first week again and start over for the month. Today will be a good diet day!

    It actually helps to know that I have a $30 diet bet in the Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 Challenge. If I don't lose 5.6 pounds this month, I lose $30. I ran some numbers and I figured out that if I DO reach my goal, I'll be getting about $45-$50. Now THAT'S motivation! lol
