  • Hi all! I just switched to a new plan owing to some problems with soy on my previous plan. So.... not really sure what to expect, but I am going to say 10lbs.

    4/9 - 152.3 Ugh! Okay, having lots of female problems and my doctor put me back on the pill last week at the start of my TOM to try and regulate some of the crap that is going on. I'm 46 and hubby had the old snip-snip, so don't need the pill for anything else. Don't know if that is playing a role in this little weight gain, or not...but not making me happy. Going to try my best to get a good walk or workout in tonight.

    My scale is getting wonky. It gave me a nice new low, but I always weigh twice. The second time it gave me a huge jump up, so I weighed myself several times and there were some really divergent readings. Yesterday was a down day; I "feel" skinnier (know what I mean, when you can just tell you've lost?) I weighed myself on my old scale and it said 135.5. So I am going with the first reading from my regular scale. Tomorrow, I change the batteries!

    April 2 - 156.9 - not sure what happened here, but it's a long way to the end of the month, I'll give it a week and then maybe change my goal

    April 5 - 160.0 gah, pizza, no exercise, weekends...
    April 6 - 159.7 wings, water and exercise, better
    April 7 - 156.4 - juice/ roasted veggies, water, lots of exercise

    April 10 - 157.6 - guess I can't take a day off...has to be water...

    kelijpa - Thank you for the kind words. I hope it's the pill and my body will start compensating for it. It sure is discouraging, though. Hope you have a good OP day...everyone deserves a day off every once in a while.
