Hi Louise. Not from the UK but your post made me want to reply to wish you great success. I am sorry about your losses. I can't imagine what you are going through. But you can do this! Just keep going and don't look back.

Keep up the great work! try to be patient with the numbers on the scale. We didn't gain all this weight overnight so will not lose fast if we are eating healthy. I have lost nearly 200 lbs. It took me 7 years but I did have a lot of setbacks (binges) I know you can do it!
