    I was down to 143 yesterday and popped back up to 146 - bummer.

    but sometimes i go over - today 150.2

  • I think that I am officially staying in the 140's. I made it then tom came and knocked me back to the 150's. However, i have been under 150 for 4 days now. Was 148.6 this morning.

    Dh took me to lunch on Tuesday. And as typical, ate within calories but sodium levels were high. So yesterday I went back to 150.6 but today I'm 149.8. I'm hoping one more day to get rid of this water weight.

    I'm really hoping to get to mid 140's by end of month.
  • good luck hidden star. I've been coasting at this weight for several months now (at least I didn't go back up). Got back on track from the beginning of this week.

    At 147.8 today. I'm with you - hoping for 145 by the end of November.

  • 149.8 again today. But I suppose that I should be happy with that cuz I started snacking too much yesterday. Also didn't get to exercise yesterday due to errands. So will try to get Good workout today

  • Back to my low 148.6 family wants to go out to eat for dinner. Even though I will make a smart meal choice, I know that I'll probably get to much sodium and water weight. The roller coaster continues.

  • Have fun with your family hiddenstar! It will be just water weight. I know it is hard to see that, esp. if the scale goes back up to another decade.

    I am working so hard to get back to 135. And dieting just sucks . I am eating low cals and fasting 1-2 (500 cals; 5:2 plan) per week. I am hoping these next 5 pounds will go down fast.

    I am becoming a bit of a hermit....avoiding social situations where food is involved. So I totally understand your "fear" hiddenstar. We do monthly luncheons with girlfriends, and I am skipping this month's lunch.... I have only been OP for a week now, and I can not afford to open that can of worms. So I will decline invites for a few more weeks until I feel I have all cravings under control.
