**25lb Fun in the Sun Summer Challenge**

  • Okay, I've got the new spreadsheet ready for the next challenge BUT...I need someone to take over ownership and running of it.

    Long story short, I've decided to phase off IP and go in another direction to lose the last 12, 13lbs I need to lose. Let's just say my clinic transitioning to another diet product and now my coach leaving, was the start of my decision to do this.

    There's not much to it but being familiar with spreadsheets/Excel would help. It would also have to be someone who is able to PM because that's the easiest way to receive information on who wants to sign up, etc.

    So, PM me if you're interested - even a couple of people doing it would work well.

    I managed to whittle out 16 pounds during the last 12 weeks. measly it may be, but I am quite happy with my progress. I am willing to stay on low-carb protocol until the end of 2014. Why not? I am not suffering from any feeling of deprivation or adverse effects. Overall, I did not meet 25 but I will gladly take 16.

    On the summer challenge:
    Midway through the next challenge, I have a two-week vacation in my home country. I am not sure how I can persevere with my veggie-protein diet amidst dinner parties and my mom's sinfully-scrumptious dishes. Let me think about and prepare for it.

    At any rate, I want to join the summer challenge and plan to shed 15 pounds, hitting 153 by June 20.

    It will require you to request access by entering an email address. Be sure to use the email you'll be using to sign in. This a google doc.

    Once you've been granted access, you're good-to-go.

    These challenges used to be more "open" but someone trolled one of the spreadsheets and changed all the data. smh You'd think people would have more to do in life... I feel sorry for them.

  • Lisa, thanks for doing this. I think it is a great motivator or way to track our progress on the scale. As we all know (and I continue to remind myself) it is no all about the # on the scale.
