Going nowhere, fast

  • I would say, how long have you been stuck at 4 lbs lost? If it is more than a few weeks then yes you have to look at your plan.

    Are you counting calories? How many calories? If you aren't counting calories, it wouldn't hurt to start counting to get a general idea.

    Are you lifting weights? Are you doing any exercise?

    if you want help, do you want to share what you have been doing? To see what ideas other people come up with?

    What is your plan? Are you keeping a food diary. I think its my number one thing. If you don't keep a food diary how can you know what to change? How can you analyse objectively what you might be doing/not doing to cause you to stall so soon.

    Just one random thought that i think a lot of people need to learn early on to avoid disappointment. SALT.
