    Dropped that 1.5 plus another half this morning.

    I think the reduced sugar is really starting to make a difference with the PCOS. My cycle's finally getting back on track and I'm not fighting so hard for every lb.

    Way to go, jillybean!! 6 lbs is fantastic!

    I decided i'm going to wait til saturday to weigh in again, I kinda wanna be surprised like a kid at christmas. Monday I am starting a new job which is a very relaxed environment with lots of food around. I hope I can find ways to push through the temptation.

    I'm having a lovely day. I lost a pound, so I'm now 1.3 lbs from the two teens thread. I also have on pants that are 2 sizes smaller than when I started. And they really aren't all that tight. And I got to add another to my signature. Can't ask for more than that!!!

  • Ugh! Once I felt better and starting eating regularly (actually a bit out of control- outside food 3 days in a row!), I went back up to 232.4!

    Today I am down to 230.2. Hopefully I wll be back in the 220s soon!

    wvu, I agree, I love the friendly competition. There are so many threads here that keep you focused on the next step instead of the next 100. I also like the long challenges ( Easter to Summer ) and of course the decade threads.

    Ohhhhh there are so many of you in the 220's... please hurry... there realy isn't anyone in the 2 teens (I remember when there were more than 20 posting in there... everyone moved on or disappeared and I am lonely!!!) Come keep me company!!!

  • Thanks ya'll! Good luck wvu on your loss hope you make it to the two-teeens soon, hopefully I will be right behind you. I stepped on the scale this morning and I weighed 223.8. That means I lost 6.2 lbs my first week! I know the first week is one of the easiest to lose, and it won't happen every week, but it was a good confidence booster.
