So it's one thing to track your meals, but then it's another thing to actually tack ALL of the things you eat. Anyone else have a problem with snacking while cooking? I tend to cook pretty healthfully and I know my major problem is portion control and what doesn't help is when I taste as a cook, or if I don't need to use that last piece of whatever for the recipe then i'll just it right then and there without even thinking of it (or counting it). It's crazy how that kind of habit must add up in calories but the bad thing is you hardly even notice how much you're actually putting in your mouth as your'e doing it!
Does anyone else have this problem?
