    Okay so I had a meltdown today. I saw the number up for the 3rd day in a row when I've been just barely hitting 1100 calories, have had no meat, not much dairy, and constricted my sugar to 3 pieces of low sugar fruit a day and not much else. I've been working out, getting my water, drinking green tea. It pissed me off and I decided to let my plan go on hiatus and went out to breakfast. I made poor choices BUT stopped myself half way and made it as decent as I could. I gave my bacon to my fiance, had wheat toast, only ate 1 of my pancakes. And I didn't let it ruin the rest of my day. I ran around the playground with my son for about 45 minutes, and had a good dinner. I skipped lunch and snacks besides 1 apple due to being full and a tad guilty from breakfast. But one accomplishment I made that I've never made before - taking 1 cheat incident and not turning it into a cheat DAY. I didn't just say oh I'll eat whatever I want today now and get back to it tomorrow. I got back to it right away. So there is something positive that came out of it, and tomorrow is a new day!!

    Oh and I feel extra silly because I also realized (while I still may be up, who knows - but I know it can be a lot of different factors and I need to accept that) that my scale was very inaccurate/inconsistent due to dying batteries. I put fresh brand name ones in and will see what it says tomorrow....

    So met with the personal trainer. They don't want me weighing in. I will compromise with weekly weigh ins. I can't remember my measurements exactly so I will post later. Run done. Did better than expected and pleased I ran it all. Need to find one for late April early May.

  • Skettihead03: good for you for getting back on track fast. I think that's the skill that made the difference for me.

    I struggled today between losing an hour and having a social event in the middle of the day. I just couldn't get my normal Sunday vibe. I really wanted to overeat for comfort. The only reason I didn't was because I didn't want to break my streak!
