I'm in!!!! I was thinking if there was one tread for the 170ers, even thought of making one. So thanks!!!
I'm going to spend about two months in this tread though. I'm currently at 177. Let's do this!

There's a 170's thread in the Weight Loss Support group.. ppl usually go there when they're done with the 180's here. .. but I guess its more convenient to post here. ..
