  • In maintenance, but too many Quaker Rice Cakes in Buttered Popcorn flavour & Full Fat Extra Old Raw Milk Gouda for lunch. Oh, and I didn't forget the raw veg, but still... better smarten up for supper lol

    L - IP Raspberry Jelly w/ 1/2c shredded zucchini, 1/2c cucumber slices, 1/2c celery slices
    D - 8oz tenderloin w/ 1c asparagus & 1c jicama sautéed in olive oil with minced garlic and sprinkled with salt, pepper & lemon juice (next time, I think I'll cube the jicama instead of leaving it in fries)
