Sorry about the rough week
I wish I had some advice for you on the squashy tummy but I am now looking up what I can do about mine. I probably should have started working on it long before now. The lower half is just a flap of mess. It doesn't look as bad as it did and it's not sitting on my lap like it use to but there is still a bulge/lump in my front that bothers me. When you figure it out let me know please

Frantastic hope you have a good weigh in this morning
January was a good month for me. I loss 10.2lbs by cutting out carbs (starches) and sweets/snacks/sodas. I am going to start following a modified 4-Hour Body diet by Tim Ferriss on February 3rd. I had a good weigh in this morning also. I was down .4 to 168.4. I slept 2 hours longer than I normally do so I wonder if that helped, either way I'll take it as being off to a good start
