Ok, even though it makes me feel like summer is going to be over too quickly, I decided to start the Labor Day Challenge.
Here are my personal goals:
Start: 238.0 (Tues AM weight @ home)
Ending Goal: 230.0 total loss of 8 lbs and 48 total miles of exercise
If I count from today to 9/2 which is the Tues after Labor Day I have eight weeks, to meet my goals.
To achieve these goals I will:
DRINK MY WATER
EXERCISE 3 TIMES PER WEEK
JOURNAL MY FOOD INTAKE
