ProtiDiet question

  • I just got some ProtiDiet stuff and will be doing alternative for a while. In the Diet Direct catalog that came with my purchase, it states that you should have 4 packets per day. I have also heard others say that they are lower in something (protein, maybe?) and so that 4 of them would be equivalent to 3 IP packets. Just by looking at the size of the packets, they seem smaller but it may be a smaller packet filled more as opposed to the larger IP packets that aren't filled all the way?

Can anyone who uses ProtiDiet give me some input with this? Thanks!
  • Diet Direct has their own diet program, so that's where the 4 packets a day comes from. The packet sizes are smaller, but depending what you have, the protein content should be equal to IP packets. To my knowledge, you still need to stick to the 3 packets/day guideline.
  • This would have been a great question for the existing alternative thread

Most protidiet packs mimic IP packs in protein/fat/carbs/cals.

IP and Diet Direct are two different plans.

Lisa, I could not find it! I see one: IP - Food Altnerative Ideas & Tips but it says archived, no posting next to it.
  • Maybe this one
