It makes me a little crazy...

  • when I see reports on "best" and "worst" fast foods and they omit certain information. Sure, calories are good to know, so is fiber, and sodium, but why do they leave out things such as carbs, sugars, and protein? I always feel a little let down by these articles because IMO they are leaving key facts out. LOL sorry just a little rant!
  • I hear ya! Those reports bug me because they prioritize a couple of factors and ignore others. I like to see the whole picture.
