    I haven't done this yet...

    I started replacing 1-2 meals with my Mean Green High Energy Machine Protein Shake every day for about 3 weeks. I haven't been perfect with eating and I've exercised once but I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks.

    2 scoops nature's bounty complete protein - chocolate
    vitacost whole food shake - vanilla
    1 tsp vitacost spirulina powder
    1 tsp healthworks organic raw maca powder
    2 vitacost acai berry capsules - I open them up and pour the powder in
    2 cups soy milk
    1 cup water
    2 tbs peanut butter

    Jan 1st I was 290
    Jan 22nd 277

    13lb loss I'm gonna check in every week now.
  • 94.8kg is the lightest I have been in most recent years. I know it will fluctuate but I liked seeing the numbers be under 95.
  • I am just restarting my weight loss journey after almost a 3 month hiatus. My current weight is 189.2 and I would love to be a part of this!
  • Initial weigh-in 1/20 = 223.1
    1/27 = 220.4 = a loss of 2.7#
  • 1/1/14: 200 lbs
    1/8/14: 197 lbs
    1/19/14: 195 lbs
    1/28/14: 194 lbs

    So down 1 lb from last week. It's a marathon, not a sprint
  • I want to be apart of this as well! I am joining WW next week so on the days that I weigh in there I will post here. Until then I am not getting on a scale. I think the number for me is discouraging so I am just going to wait until then! But Congrats to everyone that is losing!

    Down another pound this week. That makes 7 pounds for January and 27 total since the end of October. I'm pretty content with that!

    I lost 2 pounds this week. There's a chance I'm at 190, my scale kept saying 190 over and over, but based on what I ate this week, losing 3 pounds seemed unlikely. I tried weighing myself holding different heavy items, then putting the objects down and it kept saying 190. Then I had my husband step on the scale, weighed myself again, and it said 191. 191 is what I'm going with
