    Had another 0.5 pound loss this week, bringing me to 141. Equal parts surprised and pleased that I'm keeping up a loss, however small, during the holidays.

    104.7kg (230.8lb) down a pound this week, christmas is a day of visiting family though so will have to see how i go next week.
