My Mini-goals.

  • My first Mini-goal is 10lbs.

    I am going to give myself a week to loose 10lbs. I've done it before I can do it again.

    This will be my thread to keep track of my accomplishments and failures.

    December 1st - 360
    December 10th- 347
    December 20th-
    December 30th-

  • So it's been about a week.. I started Sunday December 1st

    December 1st - 360
    December 10th- 347

    Did my first mini goal lost 10 lbs!

    Second mini goal 10lbs by Dec 20th Give myself 10 days. A lb a day.
  • 5 more days to go and only lost a lb (I weighed myself at night instead of in the morning and I had JUST eaten so I think there was more lost hopefully! lol) we will see.
  • You will always weigh you least in the mornings before eating air drinking anything and after the loo because overnight you have been dehydrating. Its the most objective time of day to weigh yourself. That's why its the only time of day i weigh myself.
