Whoo hoooo. Made it into the 150s!!! I finally made the decision to stop with my current coach and have a friend who is an IP coach where I am from coach me. I am feeling really good about this decision and she has already corrected several things my coach was doing wrong that have now boosted my weight loss! She lives in the same town as my family so I am there at least twice a month and she texts me all the time!! Can't believe I have gone 7 weeks on a diet without once cheating!!!

I am happy for you! Way to go. I am so happy that I changed coaches.
