It's the small things...

  • ...and this really IS small, but after my first week of South Beach, I'm down 6 pounds, which made my morning when I stepped on the scale today.
  • First week of dieting and six pounds down is definitely a reason to celebrate! What a great way to hit to ground running!!!!

    It is all the "small things" (and I would argue that getting through your first week of a new plan and losing 6 pounds is hardly "small"!!!) that add up, together, to really BIG things!
