Kuchik, if you are exercising and keeping your calorie intake at less than the maintenance amount (taking in less than the overall calorie needs for your weight, metabolism and exercise) then you are losing weight regardless of what the scale says. Exercising builds muscles, muscles weigh more than fat but take up less room. Plus the body does not like to change in size so it fills the fat cells that have been reduced with water to compensate for that, and water weighs more than fat. But sometimes the body decides to rid itself of the excess liquids and the weight drops fast. And there are several reasons for the daily fluctuations of our weight. Plus you ladies have that awful dude TOM to contend with, thinking about boxing him on the ears for yall so he will leave ya alone
Anyway, as you build that muscle you will grow larger muscles but overall you will start toning up, looking great. And be healthier. That is, after all, what this is all about isn't it??
My weigh in starting weight for this was at a sudden drop, I may be 5 lbs heavier tomorrow, never know. But I, like you, am in the long run, going down at a rather constant rate.
Keep on keeping on, do not let any of those temporary "gains" get to ya, they will drop off
Yer doing good, keep it up
