  • I was waiting to see if someone would start a new thread for us...I've never started a thread and am hoping I am doing this right. I fell short of my goal for September, but am willing to keep going expecting better results.

  • Thanks for starting this thread, Boatingmommy! I'm going to join in again. My two weeks away were amazing and I have been lurking again here for a couple of weeks as the batteries in my scale wore out and i was slow to replace them. Good luck in this October Challenge!!

    I had so many plans for working out after work this week. Instead I am spending all my time at funerals. My best friend since grade school mother
    passed away and my sister-in-law's father passed away. I have a memorial service tonight, visitation tomorrow night and funeral on Friday. Both of the deaths were a blessing as each person was suffering so much and their qualify of life was minimal. Still, sad week, and busy for several unfortunate reasons. Also....going to be lots of food around and stress. Not a good combination for me.
