    Ian - I know you have had a slight rise, but don't beat up on yourself. Maybe your body is just trying to regulate?? Stress is also NOT a dieters friend, and you seem to have been under a lot lately. You too have come a long way. Be proud!

  • Well, that sucks. Up 1.8lbs today to end the month 0.2 higher than my SW.

    Dang. But it has been a rollercoaster month weight-wise, fitness-wise (doing more) and emotionally. But my diet has stayed on track.

    I think this might be what they call maintaining.
