I visited the doctor on Friday, and they measured me... soooo didn't want that, because I somehow knew I wasn't 5'6 anymore. And I must have shrunk. I am in between 5'5 and 5'5.5 now. (I'm going with 5'5.5) But now my mini goals are wrong, and normal BMI is 152 instead of 154. Oh well, I guess its only two lbs, and I wasn't getting there until November anyway.
So I've been REALLY bad a personals this month. Shame on me
Tuscany - I'm sure you'll get a whoosh soon. It must be water weight from the turkey and you'll be back to your consistant .5 lb loss per hour
Jacqui - You're doing so amazing. Only two lbs left for the month. If I get stuck again I'm going to try the low carb thing, you have such great success on it.
Woodstock - congrats on seeing that 149, I know it'll be back around soon. I definately retain water after I start a new workout routine.
Southern - I seem to only lose in whooshes and maintain the rest of the time. I don't know if it is hormones... but I really only lose for about 6-8 days a month. Those days are great, but it can get discouraging the other 22 days of the month. Congrats on meeting GOAL!!!
Minneey - I made some apple crumble too the other day. It's so yummy and SOO fall, its hard not to make fun apple and pumpkin dishes this time of the year. Your dropping lbs like crazy!

Joy - my body got fixated on 165 for forever. Come on 76!!
Hoopty - sorry about the UTI, I'm sure once that completely clears up your body will go back down.
