it's great to see everyone's meal plans!
For me:
Phase 1, Day 4
B: LF Cheese, yogurt, 5 almonds
S: Sunflower seeds (~1/2 tbsp)
L: Grilled chicken, Broccoli, Celery, Peanut Butter (~1tbsp)
S: LF Cheese
D: Flank Steak with onions and peppers
