  • September is going to be a difficult one for weight loss as I'm heading to the Philippines to celebrate my 28th B-day for an extended long weekend. I'm hoping I can still lose 2kgs!

    This is my final weigh-in for the month and I only lost one pound. :/ My weight loss has been going really slowly (1/2 lb a week) and I know why. It's because I am good during the week and then eat whatever I want on the weekends. I am going to try and be better about that and also start working out and see if that helps.

    27. 187.6 - Thats a -1.3.. It is erratic.. I keep gainging and losing but will still take it. I know it is due to being really hard on myself yesterday because of the gain.. It is not sustainable and may again increase tomo.. anyways.. closer to the goal
