Hi all, I was wondering if anyone is doing the Lords Table on Setting Captive s Free. I am on day three and it has completely changed the approach I have been taking toward weight loss by helping me to begin relying on God the guidance of His Word and His grace. Any supporters out there.

I started the program 2 weeks ago and it has blown me away! It has opened up my eyes and my heart to God's truth in a way I have never experienced before. I can't wait to do my daily lessons. I have never seen this type of program before, anywhere. I have tried a few Christian based programs and they don't come near with what this program offers. I am so grateful to God I found this program and everything I am learning.
