    Only Believe, I have no problem with you going for the win. You're still working your program. And that water/sodium gain sure counted against you when you gained it, so why not when you lose it?

    You and me both! Yesterday was my free day and I went out with colleagues for fancy drinks and indian food. I ate just as much as everyone, which was a lot, but after five weeks of dieting, I felt uncomfortable and crampy. My stomach has downsized and this morning it was growling like a mad dog.

I have been doing 45 everyother day... and its tough trying to get LOWWWWWW and to try and keep the back straight.. but it is nice to see alittle curve happening in the derrier

  • wannaskipandlaugh, I have a really flat but so it was great for me to notice a nice round shape after about 3 weeks. Currently I'm up to around 100 squats broken into smaller sets 3 times a week.

  • wannaskipandlaugh, you are in the weight loss zone! Congrats! I only do squats 3 times per week so not every day. Since I'm still building those muscles I give them rest times. Soon I'll be adding planks - new muscles to be sore.
  • So happy some people are shedding it off with style and momentum. After my moment last week where I lost 3.8 pounds, I have been dancing around with two socials events. I write this still a little hangover. Back to the basics!
