Thank you guys, mountain moms ,don't be discouraged, you could be building muscle or just holding water, stay focused it wont last forever. Try tweaking your diet, eat a little more protein calories (safest to add) without gaining imo. Or try working out less if you're killing it in the
GyM, if not try working out harder, just little tweaks can get you back in the right direction.
