  • I was 252.8 yesterday, so imagine my surprise at the scale this morning. I should have known it was coming. I had a strawberry milkshake last night.

    Wannaskipandlaugh: I do like my Zumba. Except for the arm flailing moves, that loose skin flapping under my arms is slightly disturbing hahaha!

    The scale is not cooperating. Completely on plan and going up. Grrrrr.

    How can I be completely on plan and not lose anything? It's been a week and I'm getting frustrated!
  • Thank you guys, mountain moms ,don't be discouraged, you could be building muscle or just holding water, stay focused it wont last forever. Try tweaking your diet, eat a little more protein calories (safest to add) without gaining imo. Or try working out less if you're killing it in the
    GyM, if not try working out harder, just little tweaks can get you back in the right direction.
