    I was up to 253.0 this morning from Denny's food sat so I am going to put down the same starting weight as before as I am sure I will be flushing this water soon.

  • My weight as of this morning was 285.0, which is 1.6 down from just a couple days ago...progress! 285 x .02 = 5.7, so I will round it off to 5.8 pounds.

  • Hello all, I weighed at 149.6 lbs this morning, so 3 lbs it is. Congrats again to mothermavis.

    Here is a question for everybody? Was the last challenge too fast? Should we go with 3 % or 4 %? A percentage a little higher would still make it a short term challenge while water weight flucuations would have less of an impact.

  • Tuscany - What diet/plan are you following? You seem to be on a roll while my weight loss is slow. I might be overdoing the exercise and that's not a bad thing - I need to become more fit - but still I am curious as to how I could tweak things to my advantage.
